To exchange a full priced product within 10 days:

The product being returned must be in perfect, undamaged, original, re-sellable condition with tags attached and boxes included (where applicable).

Send the item you wish to exchange to Wolford Melbourne via registered post.

You must include a self-addressed prepaid satchel for the exchange (the customer is responsible for the delivery cost of an exchange).

An exchange is only possible where the above conditions have been met.
